Our "Always There" Monitoring Professionals are trained to assist senior clients and will stay on line with the customer until help arrives. - The Wireless personal help button is worn as a pendant or wristband and has a stationary unit.
- When the button is pressed, an alert is sent to a dedicated Companion Service Monitoring Specialist.
- Notification of relatives or neighbors, or an ambulance service will occur, if necessary.
